Form is everything

I will teach you proper form so you can maximize your goals. If you don’t have good form, you won’t work the intended muscle correctly and progress will be much slower.

In the app, I list the directions for each exercise and there is a video to go with it, plus the reps, sets and rests are listed. There is also a camera button where you can take a video of you doing the exercise so I can check your form and let you know of any corrections.
